Shipping Request

When the order is ready, CM-Corrieri automatically sends the Carrier or Courier the data needed to accept the shipment. The workflow can start in CM-Suite or integrate with the customer's management system, avoiding manual tasks and duplicate entry.

Parcel Label

The courier returns the shipping information, including theParcel Label. CM-Corrieri makes it available for printing and application to the package, uniquely linking the parcel to the shipment entrusted to the carrier.

Collection & Shipping

Once the package is prepared and labelled, the courier can carry out Collection and begin shipping. Integration keeps the order, parcel and carrier reference linked within the same operational process.

Tracking

The Tracking Number generated by the courier is captured by CM-Corrieri and can be automatically returned to CM-Suite or the customer's management system. It can then be shared with the end customer, reducing communication times and delivery status enquiries.
