CM-API

When the external system provides API, CM-API uses standard interfaces for structured, automated and controllable data exchange, eliminating manual tasks and duplicate entry.

When API integration is unavailable, connections can use EDI or automatic exchange of TXT, CSV, XLSX and XML files and other formats, adapting the workflow to the customer's or partner's system.

Standard APIs

CM-API connects CM-Suite and other CIS & MET software to external systems through Standard APIs. Orders, master data, availability, documents, shipments, progress and other information can be sent and received automatically, speeding up processes and reducing manual work.

File Exchange

If the target system has no APIs, CM-API can handleautomatic file imports and exports. Common formats include TXT, CSV, XLSX and XML, alongside other layouts agreed with the customer or partner. The workflow can adapt to existing business data structures.

EDI

CM-API also supports EDI flows to automate communication between businesses, customers, suppliers and logistics partners. Orders, confirmations, shipping notices, documents and other information can enter business processes without re-entry, maintaining continuity between systems.
