Each plan can include characteristics to check, sampling frequencies, tolerances, measuring instruments, acceptance limits and actions for exceptions. Configuration is flexible and standardises checks according to internal procedures, sector requirements or customer specifications. The Inspection Lots enable inbound, in-process and final quality checks, automatically generating required tasks. Each lot is fully tracked and linked to materials, orders, production runs, suppliers or shipments. The system supports progress statuses, outcomes, approvals, holds and material releases for rigorous, verifiable inspection management.

Measurements and Checks

The Measurements by Inspection Lot record measurements, outcomes, numeric values, visual checks and operational notes in the field. Data can be captured on desktops, tablets or industrial terminals, guiding operators step by step. The system checks in real time variances, tolerances and compliance, reducing manual errors and ensuring accurate, timely data capture consistent with the quality plan.

SPC and Control Charts

With the SPC module, captured data can be analysed using control charts, statistical trends and process stability indicators. The system helps detect drift, abnormal variation and out-of-control behaviour before quality problems arise. Statistical analysis supports continuous improvement, scrap reduction and advanced quality management based on objective data.

Quality Notification, Deviation, PCN and Quarantines

The system provides structured management of Quality Notification and Deviation, recording non-conformities, process exceptions, waivers, concessions and internal, customer or supplier notifications. Each event can trigger approval workflows, responsibilities, deadlines, attachments and corrective or preventive actions. The PCN module also supports quality communications and changes affecting products, processes or materials, improving coordination between departments, customers and suppliers.
