CM-WEBSUITE

The Web Portal designed to bring CM-Suite and Business Processes Online, making them available in a browser to staff, customers, partners and end customers.

It lets users View, Enter and Manage information and jobs such as Master Data, Goods Receipts, Orders, Delivery Notes, Activities and Operational Changes, keeping data aligned with the business system.

Each login can be configured as needed: customers can have full visibility and manage Users, Permissions and Menuswhile granting their end customers full access or access limited to authorised information and functions.

Operational Management

CM-WebSuite makes key management activities available online. Authorised users can View, Enter and Edit data and jobs directly in the browser, working on Master Data, Goods Receipts, Orders and Delivery Notes and other functions configured for the customer. Information is shared with systems from CIS & MET, maintaining one operational workflow and current data.

Customers & Partners

The portal creates Dedicated Accounts for customers, partners, carriers and other external parties. Each user can view the status of their jobs, monitor progress and, where allowed, enter or update their information directly. CM-WebSuite also supports service requests, quotations, bookings and shipment monitoring.

End-Customer Access

Each customer can decide what information to share with their End Customers. They can provide full visibility or limit access to specific areas, documents, jobs and operations.
